The Organic white rice is very fragrant when being cooked. Perfect with the other colored rice. Just make sure to pre soak the colred rice before cooking.I like eating multicoloured rice, I don't get bloated even if I eat lot. 😁

Found out after experimenting with the water:rice ratio that 2 cups water: 1 cup rice works best --- without soaking the rice anymore before cooking. Followed the instructions the first time I cooked and the result was a bit over-cooked, mushy rice. Without soaking, rice turned out better. Quite filling.
